Lighting upgrade help

Upgrading my lighting on my 72 gal bow front from current 48” led to two Radion xr30 gen 2s with a reeflink and RMS mounts. Any tips or pointers for the switch over? I have about 8 softies in the tank along with fish(fish I’m not worried about lol) also I have the glass covering on the top of the tank that covers 7/8th of the top.

Measure average highest par or lux intensity at the top , then drop 30%.

Make increases slowly over weeks. 50 to 100 par increases
