Lighting: What PAR do you shoot for and what type of corals do you keep?

I typically aim for 250µE/m2/s for SPS corals. You will get better [FONT=Verdana, sans-serif]fluorescence[/FONT] out of some SPS with higher PAR, but this is a good round figure to aim for. With LPS and softies, you can of course go half that figure and be fine.
