Can barely keep SPS going in a well established tank. Bright or Blue lights?? I get many Mixed consensus on which is correct lighting and how many hours per day of each

My light are: 2- 400 watts halides that are on 5 hrs daily with 4 blue led lights as a blue supplement and 4- 60 " t5 that are on 12 hrs a day
