Neptune not responding.

Lost power several hours. After coming on my Apex won't connect.

Over two days ago I create a ticket at Neptune.

Crickets. No reply after the auto ticket created. No reply to email. Phone plays a recording and disconnects.

Did they go under? They were never great but this is disgusting.

I can't imagine a company like that just closed their offices. There's gotta be something else going on.

Try a hard reset. Check breakers. Check router. My APEX has been rock solid for 2+ years now. Typically when I have issues, it's me - not the APEX.

I had the same problem with them recently. Ticket was 4 business days old. No response. I posted a comment on their facebook and got a response in less than 15 minutes lol

They sent me a replacement Trident NP that was bricked. And the replacement reagents were leaking everywhere. Almost 3 weeks since my replacement request and I still dont have an NP. Their service is atrocious now.
