Ok so I forgot to turn the light timer on I got home for work late like 8pm and the light where off I turned them on everything look bad I only see two fish what should I do

We need more I for than that, what size tank, what do you mean by looking bad, what is the water temp (mainly what was it when you noticed the lights were still on.) I've kept mine on and had no problems so something tells me you are running MH. The fish could be hiding in dark spots to get some shut eye. Post a pic of two if you can.

Ok I got it backwards but same thing applies. That shouldn't do anything. What do you think happens when a bi storm comes over a coral reef? God forgot to put his light timer on!

It's a Red Sea max 250 temp ok I guess everything ok. I'm just think should I turn the lights off or keep them on until normal time they go off

In this hobby never panic, usually steady bad is better than sudden good. I've had salinity creep to 40 on me and everything was fine instead of quickly changing water to get to 35 I did it slowly.

Reef on good sir
