For fish only sure it'll work fine. If you plan on keeping any type of corals it will def not be enough

I cannot advise on what lights to get but I have been in this hobby for 7 years and have gone the cheap route with lights and I bit the bullet and bought some quality light sand I could not be happier... what I spent on cheap lights and watched coral die.... I could of bought the best lights on the market.
