Like a 3 year old at Christmas!!!

Angie placed an order from Cherry Corals right before the Memorial Day weekend. Even before getting the order, I was very impressed with the communication and customer service offered. The Tuesday after the holiday, I called to ask about shipping and was told that they would ship out Thursday for Friday delivery. On Thursday, I called again to confirm. Both phone calls were met with an answering machine and I left a message each time. BOTH times, I received a call back from Todd Cherry very quickly. Each time, Todd was very aware of the order I was asking about. On the second phone conversation, yesterday, Todd hinted that there may be something special thrown into the mix. After that phone conversation, I was like a kid waiting for Santa!!!!

The order arrived at about 10:00 this morning in perfect shape!! Raves to FedEx and Cherry Corals packaging!!!

All the frags were bagged using a small piece of styrofoam to float the frag, upside down in it's individual bag. I've seen this method used in the past, but not very often. I think it's one of the safest ways to package corals, as they never come into contact with the sides of the bag!!

Without further ado, here's a "kid" opening a Christmas gift!!!

If you notice, each individual bag is also sealed with a zip tie. That's something I've never seen.

In the bags, several of the Zoanthids are already partially or completely open.

Bag are now floating and will take pics once they're in the tank and opened up!!
Sorry for all the pictures of bags!!! Guess I got a lil' excited...lol.

I've experienced getting a free coral tossed into the mix before...but never anything like this!!!

These pictures were taken as I was opening bags and placing corals in the tank. The polyp count is extraordinary too!! As I post this, I'm watching them open even more, already!!

I've always read great reviews about him, here and on other forums, but have never purchased from him, until now. Todd, you've got my business for life!!! As well as anyone else I can convince, and I've already convinced a few others!!!

I'm outside while my daughter's playing in the pool, so don't remember which, but either the Aussie Greens or the Tangarines are looking kinda sad at the moment. Any tips on what I can do to give them the best chances of recovery?
