Have you seen any symptoms of internal parasites?
I would not treat a fish with GC if it isnt eating unless I was sure it had intestinal parasites. GC can cause appetite suppression, exactly what you dont want. Also, gc in the water Column is not terribly effective against internal parasites so it wouldn't be worth the risks, IMO.
I agree the clowns may be intimidating the wrasse and qt might be a good idea. Work on excellent water quality, getting it to eat and watching for any symptoms of disease.
