It's my fav!Awesome new pictures! Really like the kryptonite chalice.
Nope... no idea. About 12" away from my Kessil 350 though.Very nice! That mushroom looks CRAZY! I love how well your Red Planet is doing. It looks like its holding on to the green colour as well. Any idea how much PAR its getting?
I ended up with the second one. Already glued down. I'll try to get one later. So you were the one. Can we get a top down pic of that baby?
UGGGHHH. Why'd you have to show me old links... I want!!!Looking great! How's the acan cliff going? (what went wrong with it before?)
I don't think you have a lemondrop. But it is definitely a nice anemone!

Yup! Kessil 350 Narrow.Nice stuff! I forget you still using the kessil?
Thanks!Very nice! Keep up the good work! :thumb:
Hmm... I used to run at 100% each channel but I've been playing around and seeing how 80% blue and 20% white does. I always did like the look of the ocean blue on the kessil 150.Your tank looks great, have a quick question for u? What color is your kessil 350?
Update on the Kryptonite! It's my favorite melon hands down. :xd:
Thanks!Great thread!
Hmm... Lights are off. I'll have to 2x check but I think it's pink. I got a buddy with a piece he's trying to sell... nice size with lots of eyes too. He does kung fu sometimes.Wow! I still need to acquire this piece. Looks like the pink creeps nicely into the rim and eyes? Or is it orange in the green eyes?
love your tank and corals!!!!...really nice red devil! is that 2 red devils or double mouth? Here's another update guys. I usually hit up one of my LFS once a month, but life's been busy so I didn't get to swing by last month since they're a bit further away. I woke up and had a sudden urge/gut feeling I should swing by so I did.
They had the craziest discosoma, I wanted it really bad but he said no, it's for growout. I get to have the next one they bring in for sure though, so I'm down. No pics, I completely forgot to get one and it will be awhile until I return.
Anyways, onto the goodies. This is them getting prepped for a quick Bayer dip.:
Hoki with green coralites:
Yellow (Tenuis?):
After the dip, into the tank and getting nice and happy.
I adore this Hoki, I love the green coralites and that nice shade of blue it gets. It's really hard to get the colors right. Unfortunately, I mounted it to show the shaded side of the piece to be on the surface, so enjoy the brown sides. LOL.
Picture to show the coloration and green coralites:
Yellow Tenuis (Idk, I just wanted it sideways vs standing):
I like the yellow polyps it has:
I also got a last minute red polyp cap. The mother was a nice light green with really red polyps. Too bad mine doesn't look that great yet. I had no idea where to place it in the tank, so for now it's glued onto the backside of the wall.
Random Pictures:
Aussie SPS, still one of my fav acros in the tank for its great growth:
Green Dragon:
Red Planet (If you've seen pictures of it before... you would have thought it was dead. Glad that I decided to keep trying with it, as it's definitely coming back):
