Little fingers going in and out of hammer

Have these tiny little fingers they go in and out of my hammer now I've never owned a hammer before this is my first one and I have no noticed this on my frogspawn now or previous ones owned or my torches or any other coral for that matter

Yeah, white light pics are generally needed for an ID.

That said, in this case, the second pic seems to have either a feather duster worm or a barnacle:
Feather dusters fan out into a circle rather than a semi-circle/rake-shape like you'll see with barnacles. Feather dusters also have tubes while barnacles have sort of globe/mound-shaped shells they live in. Also, barnacles will make a very distinctive feeding motion where they'll curl their cirri (the feeding appendages you see in your pics) into their holes like a hand curling into a fist.
