Little red flowers ID?

Hello,

I found these little red "flowers" growin on my LR. What could they be? There is also this little white thing wobbling around.

The whiter one looks like a mini featherduster worm, the red ones are some sort of soft coral, potentially clove polyps. Neither are harmful, but keep in mind that clove polyps (if that is what they are) grow pretty fast.
