Live aquaria ghosted me

I bought from this company in the 1990s when it was called flying fish express. I bought from this company until recently when it was owned by doctor Forrester and Smith. Now the company has no working telephone number???? I placed an order a week ago and was ghosted. I sent an email asking them to cancel the order two days ago and still haven’t heard anything what’s going on?

Same happened. Order two weeks ago.
Got an email stating a delay because of hurricane. Tried to call on website number and states disconnected. Then get a message order cancelled.

The one time I wanted to buy from them I gave up because they never replied or answered their phones. I'm at most a couple of hours away and rather than have overnight delivery I just wanted to drive up, get my fish and drive home. Overnight delivery would have been more stressful I think. I just wish other sites would have the same livestock information these guys have on their site. I'd be visiting their site less often then. lol

Same for me - their service used to be very customer focused but their phone is not in service and the chat support is available for 8-4 CST. They cannot provide any insight into order delays. Also cannot cancel an order - they have to send in a “request” which only starts the whole cycle of waiting for a response over again.

Such a shame - a once great company that set the standard in the industry.
