Saw this on a fb post with the flyer.. true or not I have no clue..if you didn’t receive a order it’s worth calling the numbers lol

I am not defending LA, and what an employee says may very well be true. However, to participate in doxing, weather leaked by an employee or found elsewhere, is dead wrong. Even more wrong is promoting the harassment of that person, regardless of the circumstances.

Who wants to be a tester and see what shows up? I’m in Canada or I’d try it on something I’m looking for.
If anyone wants to throw in…..

Can we stop pushing the false idea that LiveAquaria planned to physically “abandon” their livestock or harm it in some way? It is typical online outrage devoid of actual fact.

They weren’t asking to abandon livestock, as in leave it for dead. They’re in bankruptcy, which means every action must go through a judge. The livestock is a listed asset. It can’t just be given away or donated or put on fire sale to clearance it. They are legally bound to maintain it and sell it as usual as part of their business inventory unless a judge allows otherwise.

The “abandonment” motion is the legal step to remove those assets from their books so another party can take ownership instead of LiveAquaria having to pay to maintain and sell those assets.

Did I say leave for dead? Please show me where I did.

I used the exact legal term they used: abandon.

They are trying to liquidate and move them. Plain and simple

LA is in bankrupcy, They are liquidating inventory, I know a banker (not naming names here) who said they are getting ready for a large write off.

So look at their alternative option here>

LA’s branded frozen food is awesome; glad I don’t need an alternative yet.

It was the context that the word was used in -- but if that is not what you meant, then apologies. The response otherwise stands, as the majority of posts that I have read on FB, Reddit, etc,. promote the idea that they are asking a judge to allow them to abandon the animals for dead, turn the power off and walk away, etc.

I am seriously considering doing an order only because i have a credit with them and want to get it taken care of before they completely go under.. But i am also hesitant to as well. Its a catch 22 for those of us with credits. Do we trust them???

Where is the catch 22?
I don't see any way that gift cards get refunded.

This is from the court documents for the bankruptcy, Hopefully someone is just trying to get all the fish sold before they just abandon them all together.

The argument to the judge is that the monetary loss in keeping them and trying to sell them will be worse than the write-off.

They need to offer free shipping then. Then I would bite. There 20% off is the same pricing as everyone else. They are not acting like they are even trying to liquidate.
I'm offering free shipping and 30 percent off my beach front home in Siberia if you are interested ?
