Live arrival guarantee discussion

Hello every one, I was just wondering. What is everyone's opinion on live arrival guarantee mean? If you received Zoa they are still in tack when arrived, but the Zoa never open up and melted after 4 or 5 days. Should the seller be responsible for it or the buyer since it arrived in tack but eventually melted. Just curios to see what you guys think about this topic.

This is extremely difficult issue to deal with. Because you don't know if the buyer is honest or not and the buyer tank is sustainable or not at the time. However, if it was me would will replace or at least give some credit. Because I believe in customer service is priority.

Proves the fact be carefull whom you buy from . Lots of crooks selling corals. Read reviews about vendors here before you waste your dinero.

I agree with you completely and gave the person I dealt with full credit back. But wanted to see what other sellers would handle this situation.

I feel I need to elaborate my post. This is how I would handle any shipment. It is a buyer responsible to update the condition of the corals upon arrival, especially if the corals look beat up or DOA. If the buyer did not update then I would assume the corals are fine. Vice versa, it is the seller responsible to follow up with the buyer and give him/her 24 hrs. to reply. If no response by then, then I would assume the corals are fine and the seller does not responsible for the dead corals. And if the corals are bad then the seller should keep on follow up with buyer afterward (everyday) if possible. If the corals get worst then the seller should responsible for the dead corals.
