Yeah it's under for sure. The pics are kinda blurry, but it does look more like ich than velvet to me. Are the white bumps under the skin or appear to be on top? If under, it's ich.

Okay maybe not that much better.
Okay thanks! I will go ahead with copper.Treating with copper would cover you for both either way.
That's what I originally started with. Its been 3 days on hypo. But everyone's been suggesting copper. I didn't originally want to do copper just for personal preference but now I don't know what to do!BTW Ive had Ich, and cured it with going hypo. I only treat for ich in my QT process with hypo. My friend has cured his ich problem by QT with hypo. Hypo totally works and is a lot safer on everything. There are tons of people having success with ich going hypo.
When i got it i put all my fish in a QT system and treated them with hypo at .008 and didnt put them back in the tank for almost three months. It sucked but it worked
Hypo 100% works if done the whole length of time.

Nothing works 100% of the time. For example, this study found two separate strains of ich which survived SG as low as 1.005: https://www.researchgate.net/public...arasite_isolated_from_marine_fishes_in_Taiwan
How oft encountered these strains are I do not think anyone can say. But I've encountered enough hypo failures over the years to cause me to shy away from recommending it except in special circumstances.
