Personally I have had decent luck with LiveAquaria. Not the same as it was 10+ years ago, but it is what it is.

Anyway, I need a few fish (Rabbitfish, Tangs, some clean up crew). Since I always used Live Aquaria I didn't look elsewhere. So where is you fav online shop that ships quality livestock at a fair price? I need some recommendations please.

Dr. Reef all day every day. His quarantined fish options aren't much more expensive than standard online and LFS options. Orders your fish on demand with a huge catalog.

He isn't the cheapest, but isn't the most expensive and has always treated me well. I've spent probably $2K with him this year.

The only negative is you typically have to wait 3-5 weeks for your fish. But worth it to get the exact fish you wanted that are generally healthy fish that don't nuke your tank.

There's other discussion on here that LiveAquaria went out of business and any outstanding orders are just being ignored. A week ago or so I ordered a naso tang and goby with free overnight shipping. They arrived DOA 5 days later. No one answers their phone anymore or responds to emails, but they kept my 200 bucks. So whatever is going on with them is not clear. All I know is that they have ripped off lots of members here on R2R and I will never order from them again. But it seems like the business bit the dust.

For quarantined TSMAquatics, Fish Hotel, Dr. Reefs

Non quarantine is just located local fish store and make sure you do a full QT yourself. I don’t trust petco

Dr Reef is my go to place for fish.

Biota for cultured fish. Note: most fish are tiny young. Still have my three yellow tangs from 5 years ago
