Just letting everyone know If you saw my last post I tried re ordering from them again because I really wanted the tiny flame angel …well instead they just sent me a 20 dollar rock flower anemone….I should’ve not ordered it from there I know but I thought last time was a fluke since they been good for me for 8 years. I’m ticked and once again they’re ignoring my emails and when I call the lady says it’s shipped !!! Do not order from these scammers !!!!

Ok here’s your info I ordered from them 2 weeks ago a flame angel and a few small corals ..,.was ordered Sunday and was suppose to ship Monday ..,I called Monday after no email and they said oh we’re sorry it will be shipped Tuesday we’re having Covid delays (if that’s still a excuse but whatever) I was like ok np Wednesday no email so I called ..,,they said it was shipped !!! No confirmed tracking number nada ..,,I called again the lady was insanely nasty saying we’re short of staff I said ok please at this point let me get a refund because it seems shady ..,,they said np you’ll get a confirmation refund email…2 days later nothing no response ..,,check my bank yup the money was taken out ..,I waited one more day then filed a claim with the bank ….now like a idiot I tried re ordering from them bc they’re the only ones who have dwarf flame angels available..they shipped me a 30 dollar rock flower anemone lol I’m just done with them they obviously are not the same company anymore this comes from someone who used them for 8 years !

Tried directly messaging their Instagram bc they’re supposedly closed right now even tho I called at 5 eastern time must of closed early today

They will probably be happy to fix your order and send the flame angel to you as long as you pay for the shipping and handling. $$$$ sad but true lol

But I paid 220 dollars for a flame angel and a crappy rfa why would I gotta pay for shipping again !! It’s just the fact they’re ignoring me is insane I’ve never had a issue with these guys until after Covid !! Must be a new owner or something bc they’re not the same

And the instagram part? Why would they block you? How did they even know your instagram account? It seems like there’s more information hidden here.

I messaged their ig account giving my order number and how it never arrived (this was the first time ) now I tried going back to their page and I’m blocked there’s no hidden info I’m hiding lol

I refuse to pay shipping again so they charged me shipping for a 30 dollar rock flower anemone that looks like crapppp?!! And what about the flame angel I guess they were just like oh well let’s see if he notices lol

Honestly I really screwed up but this site was so good to me for years I mean besides the fact their corals come riddled with hitchhikers like their fitting into Noah’s ark but I always knew to dip them ….it must be new owners just warning everyone don’t trust them…let me put it this way if I DID NOT file a claim I’m 100% sure they would of kept my money the first time !!

Your sending it to an automated email thats why its not getting through. In their main website they have this.
They have been pretty crappy or bad in the past few years. My best advice is just get your flame angel somewhere else or youll be in a infinite timeloop. Plus they are way more expensive anyway than your lfs. Just get your credit and spend it on dry good and make sure to put a comment use my store credit.

I’m so polite and it’s very true even when I called them because I need to take off work to be there obviously they said don’t worry it’s shipped just the Covid delays pushed it a day back I was like ok whatever no big deal but after 5 days and when they said you’ll receive your refund confirmation instantly that’s when I was like ok this is getting shady like I said the money was taken out never put back in and I had to let the bank handle the rest because during these times I can’t just lose 120 bucks for no reason and in this case I lost over 200! In return I got a half of a inch rock flower anemone that looks horrible lol I’m just so frustrated I will never deal with them again they’re literally blocking me from social media now emails so something shady is going on

They all r huge maybe you can’t read I wanted a “small flame angel “ for they are less known to nip at corals …but next time you try and act smart think twice before you type

Liveaquaria has been different since petco sold them. Their independent now as far as I know. Guess they can't keep up.

Do you know when this was ? Just very curious when they were sold as I thought if that being the only reason

Well, I would've thought after having to contact your bank to reverse the charges after your last order that would've been the nail in the coffin.

Sadly me also but I was desperate to find a very small flame and no other websites or lfs had any they’re all huge I just wanted him tiny bc I heard they’re less likely to attack coral as my last 2 have done ..,plus they are my favorite fish

I've been to my LFS for the last 40 years.
