Just got my email shortly after 7pm est. Got the QT down to 1.018, so should be good to go.

Great, wake up this morning and see a late flight has caused a delay. Your shipment is scheduled to arrive today after the delivery commitment time. I'm at work waiting for it, where overnight air always arrives by 10:30. Doubt that happens as it's still sitting at the airport, where it's been for the last 1-1/2 hours.

If you can this will be a good time to tell them to hold it at the depot. If you can go and pick it up. There’s a decent chance it will get stuck there

Just checked back and it actually was only at the airport for about 40 minutes and already at the destination location now with an updated delivery of today by 10:30am. Maybe they just wanted me to sweat a little.

Arrived at 10:20. Everything was alive, so no DOA. Both fish were at 1.018 & inverts were at 1.025. Everything's aclimated & getting adjusted.

I received an order this week, fish. It was 1.018. I don't even ask them anymore because everytime they've given me the wrong sg. Now I get the qt at about 1.020 and float the fish for 30 min, as soon as I open the bag I check the water (in the bag) and adjust the qt to that. Takes maybe 5 minutes.

Not a big sample size since I haven’t made many orders but my most recent from 2 weeks ago was 1.019.

1.018 on the order I received from California yesterday. Had my QT at 1.022 but brought it down to 1.020 and then did drip acclimation. Ordered all in small - purple tang, bicolor angel and lemon peel angel. Amazed at how they all immediately starting looking for food in the QT tank and when fed later in the day, chowed down. 30 days of CP and then two doses of Prazi. I am very pleased with the quality of fish I have always received from them.

1.019 for CA fish, 1.025 for inverts and DD. Everytime I've ordered.

Suuuuuuper consistent then :)

I had a bucket of RODI and a bucket of 40ppt water ready to go so I could adjust up or down. I knew it would be low, so I had my QT sitting at 1.022 to start with and had room to add 1 gallon of "Adjustment" water.

Usually 1.018-1.019 from Ca, always 1.025 from DD. I have had a couple of outliers, if you call 1.017 an outlier.

i ordered 2 different times last time and both came from Wisconsin, both were fist orders and both were between 1.021-1.024
