So they did refund me for all the issues I had. So something are working right. Hopefully with the most recent sale, some knowledge people can turn the company around and we can start getting health and correct orders again.

Even though i have had issues with dead fish and even wrong stuff shipped they always did take care of the issues.

I just saw way to many deaths due to poor packaging where ice pack were on the bags causing 60 degree water.

I got my LA order yesterday. Everything was alive and well packed. Fish are healthy and in QT. (Knock on wood) I would order from them again.
