Hi I have an order that is supposed to arrive today. Did they go out of business?

2 fish that I ordered a couple weeks ago, a naso tang and a goby, arrived 5 days after it was shipped out. Needless to say they were DOA and no one answered their phone to credit my account or refund the money. Emails went unanswered as well. I assume they are shut down. Either way, I'm done with them.
