Living grains of sand?

What are these? I found them in my dry rock cycling tank.
They are about the size of fine sand. At first I thought it was calcium precipitating out until I noticed them moving. They prefer to crawl around or get carried by the current.

Uhh, what the heck!?! Can you take one out an take a close up photo or under a magnifying glass. I've never seen anything like this

I took the pictures from about 3 in away at eight times zoom with a macro lens. I can't really get much closer. I can add this little detail though. They are hard like sand

Unfortunately, my phone doesn’t allow me to see the video. They appear similar to what small pyramid snails look like on clams. Pyramid snails are harmful to clams but since this isn’t on a clam, I have serious doubts these are pyramid snails.

The video just shows how they move they waddle kind of like a crab. They don't swim either
