Login problem

Hi. I have sent 2 emails and have not heard back.
My issue is I can not log into my account. I was having issues with time and flashing blue light.
Currently both lights are solid green on both 50''s.
When having issues I deleted the app and tried to log in.
It comes back saying email or password incorrect.
Not sure where to.go. maybe it needs to be rest on your end.
Thanks in advance as I love all 3 of my RB's.

No. I sent an email request yesterday and today.

I was finally able to reset my password.

I’m in the customer service portal I handle all the messages, where did you send the email?

You must have sent it elsewhere cause I’m not seeing anything.

On a side note have you tried unplugging the light and plugging back in?

I was able to reset and now have access. I sent the email/response from your site.
For some reason it would not let me reset.
So all is good now. Thanks for the response.
I am very happy with my 2 50's and 1 24.
