long tentacle anemone help

Is this normal for the anemone ? The lights went off 3 hours ago as the timer turns off and anemones foot looks like this pale and see thru































I never seen it like this. It is night time for him but I always see it really red but not tonight.

Mine started losing color this am in his foot was orange now white but I moved some liverock and some ornaments and I think it spooked him as his tentacles look fine his mouth is open though he's only a couple weeks into my.tank tank has been set up for a month I know to soon here's a picture can anyone tell me what's up my water levels are perfect and im using 11 stage RO WATER
