The first image is my long tentacle anemone last week, the 2nd image is my LT now, water params haven’t changed at all and are reading good. I recently changed my light from an aqueon pro+ 36” light to a Phlizon 165w 20” light. Corals are doing far better but my nem seems to have, for lack of a better term, burnt tips.

Temp: 79f
Kh: 8
Ammonia: .2
PH: 8.2
Nitrate: 0.2
Nitrite: 2

Testing with Red Sea multi test kit.

I have a gut feeling that it’s throwing a tantrum adjusting to the new light, but I’d love second opinions. Tank is 8 months, set up with natural ocean water, live sand, and well beyond cycled. No new additions of fish or inverts. Only change in 2 months is the light.

Can you clarify which are the before/after images? (thanks)
This is today, I added a few small pieces of dry rock to the tank to get them cultured as I intend to start up a 120 gallon at the start of 2024. (This was about 5 days ago. But I forgot to mention it earlier. Sorry for all the unrelated images by the way, I have no idea how they got there and have no clue how to edit my OP)

It just looks blue. Try turning off your blue lights before taking pics.
