I don't really see many options for long grabbers/grippers/tongs. Maxspect has their Grippers, and I see some by a company called PikStik.

Does anybody have any experience with either or both of these? The only thing I could find was by Mr. Saltwater Aquarium and he talks about the PikStik version not closing all the way. The Grippers are REALLY inexpensive, which makes me suspicious of their durability/longevity.

Any thoughts on these? Alternatives?

I have the maxspec grippers. Have had them for over a year and they are holding up well. They are good for grabbing fallen frags off the sand you just have to be very careful with them, ive broken many new frags getting careless while using it. My tank is 24" deep.
