Looking for a mini HOB refugium with a U-tube overflow

Alright I need a HOB refugium and a place to put some cotton floss.

But I want it to be a unit that has a U-tube overflow so that I get a really nice surface skim.

Then that would dump into a chamber with an area for filter floss, flow over to a refugium with rubble rock and then return to the tank.

i've found this.... but not sure how well an add on overflow would work...
