Good day. Long time listener first time caller. My name is Anthony. I took over caring for two salt water tanks for a local police department. I’ve worked hard to learn as quick as possible and feel the tanks are doing well.
My situation: the department no longer has the funds to maintain the tank. (I do it for free, but the fish food, supplies, etc…most importantly the stand needs to be replaced due to water damage)
Question: where is the best place to sell everything? The money will go back to the officers to allow them to use it for morale. But where do I sell it? How do I value it?
Includes; Some live rock, gsp, tang, two clowns in one tank, one clown in another, two peppermint shrimp in one tank, one coral banded in the other.
Large tank - 36x20x18 =56g
Overflow- 30x13x12 =20.25g
Bow tank- 19x17xx17 =23g
Any help or advice would be so greatly appreciated!
Also, thank you for all your post. You helped me solve so many issues!!!!
