Um preferably without stand and minimum tank size is 25 and max is 40

I know the innovative marine lagoon 25 gallon tank is for 424 and it basically comes with everything you need to start your tank besides heater, lights, and anything you will put into the tank. I have the 10 gallon innovative marine and love it.

Also if you have a $400 budget, you can check out your local facebook market place and just search reef, saltwater, or aquarium in the marketplace. Usually how I find good deals. I would also check out the marketplace and classified ads here on reef2reef to see if you have anything local.
