I am thinking I need a few fish to add to my 180. personally I like the corals and just a couple fish but most ppl like to look at fish in a fish tank! lol
I want a few totally reef safe peaceful fish, meaning coral and invert safe. I really dont want any "common fish" like chromis or damsels ......... but also dont want anything that will break the bank

the only thing I know I am adding to the tank will be a yellow assessor. what are your thoughts?

fish I have
half black mimic tang
blizzard clowns
helfrichi firefish
starry blenny
blue mandarin

doesn't that one break the bank? or am i mistaken? I think a powder tang would be cool if I had a 180 gallon tank.

I got mine for $150. You can find one in $150-$200 range.Hardly consider this breaking a bank for "not common" fish.

I have seen them at the lfs here they are around $100-$150 but I understood they like colder water, lower light.......
I pay wholesale at the lfs around here not retail so most wont break the bank:) basically any fish under $200 retail. I just dont want ppl to post jem tangs or something even close to its price range

as for wrasses and anthia everyone I have had has been a pain wrasses always eat my snails and crabs and my anthia I have now went berserk now he just sits in the rockwork looking out dosnt ever move? (not sure what kind it is pink/orange with red tips on its tailfin?)

fish dont have to be expensive to not be common. the tang I have retails for about $30 but I have never seen one in anyones tank. and gold assesor's, never seen a post saying check out my new assesor but they are only about $50 retail

I just want stuff that ppl say wow thats cool, I havent seen one of them before
