Looking to get a Mandarin Goby

Hey all,
So looking to add a mandarin goby to my tank and doing all my research. I am a little concerned because I have read stories of Mandarins becoming a victim of the carpet anemone. I have lots of rock work for the mandarin to hunt on, but I have an approx. 10 inch hadonni carpet anemone. Anybody have any experience with this? Should be ok?

If the research says that then, no don't get one. I know my Mandarin is all over the place and sometimes he gets close to my BTAs and scares the crap out of me. I know carpets are very sticky, if he touches, bye bye

Yup carpet is very sticky. I read it will happen at night mainly when they can’t see too well

Yes, the Mandarin cannot tolerate the sting of the anemone.
