Lost anenome!

Help! While adding a new live rock my small rbta fell off his rock and is now
Missing on or in the sand bed. I have a 32g Biocube with a Blue Dottyback Toby, Ocellaris Clown, 3 Scolys, 1 Plate Coral, 1 Flower Anenome, and had 2 RBT's until I lost this one. I'm petrified I'm going to nuke the tank if I can't find him and I'm not having any luck. Any advice to save my tank will be greatly appreciated.

BTW these bta do shrink to a very small size I had a condi that was 6in and he could shrink down to the size of a dime circle

It's strange that the nem would let go so easily. However bubble tips are mobile inverts, it will make it's way to another spot in your tank that it likes and re-attach. Generally even a dying anemone won't nuke a tank the same a sea apple or cucumber or sea hare can. They don't have some sort of noxious compounds in them like some marine inverts and a few fish have. It couldn't spike your ammonia and nitrite/nitrate levels if it dies, but that is about it.

It hasn't resurfaced (lol) but I have about 65lbs of live rock and a gazillion little holes where he could be hiding. I call myself thoroughly inspecting every hole but he's obviously great at hide and seek:rolleyes:o_O My water parameters are good so I'm slowly adding my corals, flower anenome, large RBTA, and fish back. Thanks so much for your comments and help. I feel better but will continue to monitor water conditions, especially ammonia.

Nitrates-0
Nitrites-0
PH-8.2
Phosphates-0
Calcium-425
Ammonia-0
Salinity-1.025
Temp-78.9 (ranges between 78.7-80.2)
Test Kit is API (have also used strips but don't trust the readings)
Will be changing to Red Sea soon.

Everything looks good corals do like a little nitrates. They don't like super clean water. I try to keep mine at .02-.05ppm

My quad inflated is silver dollar then it deflated to 1/8 or an inch and like a dime. So they get tiny. It's easier 2 look from above the water still

I am not sure I test for high range I keep mine at 8 to 8.1 well it just stays that way.

The sand was lightly blown off right after this shot. The Candy Apple seems to be repairing itself, the Tricolor Bleeding Apple (in darkest section of cave with serious flesh pulling into skeleton), and then there's the Molten Solid Red who seems to be just fine. molten

The following is most probably more info than anyone would want to read but here goes as I'm still concerned:

The tank is a 32g Biocube and is only 2 months old. It cycled for 4 weeks with @65lbs of live rock. I added a juvenile clown, Plate Coral, and the teeny rbta on week 5, added a blue dottyback Toby and large rbta. It's tentacles were extended about 3 inches at my LFS but he hasn't extended his tentacles more that a 1/2-1" since added to my tank although they are a nice color and plump. Lastly I added a beautiful flower anenome and 3 Scoly's. Everything seems just fine except for 2 of the 3 Scolys which are all under the same low light in a partial cave and light flow. I've been eyeing them since December and we're all 3 healthy and plump when I brought them home but it's odd that 2 are crawling into their skeleton but one is just fine. They all extended their tentacles and ate well the first night but now only the plump one is eating that I can tell. But this had already started the day before my ananome floated away.
Any ideas to help my Scoly come back to me?

I'm not certain what high range ph but my ph is usually 8.1. I sometimes have difficulty reading the exact color in the tube.o_O

I would pull the scolly out of the shade they do require light it looks like it's having issues acclamating leave it on the sand but in the light.
