It's a reference to a comment I made on another thread. Honestly, I can't remember whose or where, but do believe you are following it. It was some of my best work to date, if I do say so myself.

Sort of. I suppose you could loosely refer to them as a "union". You see, there are only 11 of them at any given time and they swear a blood oath to never betray the secrets of reef fly catching to anyone. Nor, for that matter, do they disclose their harvest location(s) for unicorn mane hair- a vital component in the construction of their nets. So, you see, when they strike, the hobby suffers and prices skyrocket.
