Around 50. I insulted his choice of zoa which honestly... he chose these bland yellow and green ones. Scrambled eggs... Like I'd love them in a garden but as a stand alone zoa.

I’m sure I missed it, but what‘s your new stocking plan for the tank? Johnsoni is a must, right? But what else?
Not officially complete…again, but yes johnsoni is def on the list.

I don’t think we ever officially complete our stocking lists lol. There’s always room for one more.

Ok……..I still need to keep going lol. @tbrown3589 @N1tew0lf1212 yall said I was ghosting well I‘m back again. I had to prep and buy everything I needed to finally get this….tank underway. No more lollygaging and planning and maybe this and that finally out of that stage. What needed to be done is a third done. Most of the water out rn. Kicked up the sand tremendously and getting the cyano out. Down to 2 out of 6 nassarius unfortunately and my Midas Blenny is no where to be found safe to say I think he is gone. Good news is Steve, the biggest one I have is still kicking. Have to clean…everything.

Sterilizer ready to go. Just need to find my extra return.

Hope the carbon will help with the UVS. New Phosphate and Alk checkers on their way. Need to dial the sump correctly. The fish say hello! Hopefully by tonight this is done.

That’s a thin bed. It should be fine. It’s the 5” deep bed you have to worry about.
Just measured the bed at the front 2” almost at the dot. At one side it’s almost 4 and the other is 2. Back I’m guessing is almost 4.

Going to continue tomorrow. Got to make more water. Raise the Salt level a bit as well as pH.

Salinity 1.022
pH 8
Nitrates 11 :grimacing-face:
Phosphates?
Calc 420 (ish something)
Mag 1270
Alk 7.6

Once I finish the sump I’m going to add some Reef Spec.

The tank is looking pretty good if I do say so myself. Added pH booster so now the tank looks foggy.

Currently making and mixing some more water I was a little but short.

First bucket done, bout to pass the salt and pump to the second, filling the third.

That’s the way to do it. Do all your saltwater mixing over a nice wood floor. A water station is in your future.

Lol I’m sure the floor would agree. I was going to get a whole full on station but decided to wait until I upgrade to do it. For now it’s worked out for me. Never use the 5 gal buckets but since I don’t want to clean the big Costco containers again and don’t need much water I met as well just use the buckets.
