Lost network

I was working with a tech from Apex for my Hydra 26 HD's. Unfortunately not only was he unable to resolve my problem he managed to lose my Hydra wifi network. Now my lights are off and i can't access the myai app because the Hydra network is missing. I need help otherwise I have no lights. Please help.

Reach out to ai. They should be able to reboot it from their end.

Did you try to factory reset them? I have AI Prime lights and they are dropping their network all the time. I have to reset them any time I want to make any changes to the lights.

I would just connect the lights independent from the Apex to get them running. It’s like an escalator breaking down while you are midway up..... the work-around is there....
