How many battery back up supplies did you but to get enough lasting for six days… I'm just curious cause that sounds like a lot.

2 Vortech Generators.. luckily, just bought the second sunday afternoon. it was the last one left in stock! + its even more difficult for me because i am at college 5 hours away from the tank so I had to explain everything to my dad. Hopefully he everything works out well.

Very upsetting to hear about every ones misfortune with the storm. All I can do is pray right now . I would be taking plenty of pictures of whole set up for insurance reasons. A close friend of mine lost a complete fishroom in a flood but was able to get compensated. Best of luck to everyone.

Had to evacuate

No phones, power, or cellphone service..

both ups battery back ups ran out of juice (300$ dollars each -junk)

I left battery operated pumps running.

Not sure when I can get back or when power will be restored.

Houses 100 feet from me were completely flooded and there are over 50 trees down below my house. I'm exhausted an haven't slept.

A lot of people outside trying to help and move trees etc.

Stay safe..hope everyone affected makes through this difficult time and no one ends up having major losses. Every time something like this happens- I think about what I can do better with the disaster recovery plan for my reef.

5 people died down the block from me on the shore line, they did not listen to the mandatory evacuation.., friends house is gone, local waterfront restaurants are gone, and other friends/ local neighbors lost cars.

I'm on a hill and the actual water didnt make it to my house luckily, but power is said to be out for 5-7 days from what I'm hearing. Everything is a muddy slop or underwater.

I'm hoping the power comes sooner but its horrible down the block from me, of all the water front properties are done.


No gas stations or anything, I am at a friends and running home every few hours to run an inverter for 30 minutes at a time. I got 200 feet of cords and doing what I can. If its long ill probably just have to give this stuff away.
