Came home and found it flashing yellow. Double checked Wi-Fi and everything else is connected and working. I can't seem to enter my password because none of my SSID's are showing up in the window below. It shows my router, but completely blank list.
It's been searching and searching.
Screenshot attached. I can connect via Bluetooth.

Don't wait: please contact our support department immediately at [email protected]. I suspect a firmware update will solve your problems. I just urge you to reach out now with what you've posted here so that way you receive a reply before the end of the work day.

Thanks! I had a late day, so I'll submit now, but probably won't get to it until tomorrow morning.

Submitted a ticket. I was able to connect via Wi-Fi, but now all of my presets, programming, etc is gone. Is there a way to pull that data from the cloud? It doesn't see my gyres either. Ugh!

In the meantime, I'll request a feature for storing and recalling programs and data, if it's not a feature with the Hydros, it should be. Anyone else experience all of their programs and data lost to the netherworld? Patiently waiting for help.

Anyone know how to recover lost presets and triggers (programming) from the cloud? I didn't perform a hard reset, but lost all of my programming. Don't make me reprogram everything, please!

Thanks Carlos and Angie! I had to reprogram everything, but not all is lost. How do we create a backup file in case of a hard reset? I think this is a feature request most would find comforting.

I'd like to know that too. Lost all my presets, triggers, modes, for some unknown reason.

I had the same issue, I emailed them and they asked for a little bit of information about the unit. They were able to remotely access it and do the firmware update which totally fixed it and I didn't lose any of my programming

Yeah I did, they just sent me to the setup site.

I got it fixed, had to delete it and find it again, which I don't really understand

Okay, another bug to report. Last night I noticed that it was flashing green, then it went to red, then back to normal. I logged into the app and noticed that most of my settings in Options were gone. Wrong time zone, Mode Control Input set to none, Vortechs set to group 1 (I have them set to group 2), LED mode set differently and Temp set to Celsius.
Any thoughts?

Now the main LED's won't shut off, even though I have them set to turn off at 8pm. I'll reach out to CoralVue tomorrow morning. Good thing their tech support is awesome!

Okay, after selecting None and saving twice, it finally went back to normal. Weird. Still trying to figure out why it dropped some of my Options on it's own?
