Hi there, so what corals would be best that are beautiful and stunning yet LOW maintenance? Sorry if it’s been asked a million times...

You have to look for some soft corals then.
Depending on you, GSP, Xenia, are beautiful.
But they do take over the tank

Yep stay away from from high end and focus on the lower priced ones.

These are all easy zoas.

I’ll check those out. Do these all need their own food “dosing” or will they feed off of the fish food?
Duncan, imo a nice coral, fairly easy to maintain.

I 2nd the leathers. There are such a variety and a lot of them are very hardy.
I don't feed any of my leathers. They get what they need from the light and nutrients in the water.
Although I have GSP and Xenia, I would not get them again. Just too hard to keep them in check. But it can be done.

These are all easy corals in this tank. At least for me they are. Umbrella leather, finger leather, GSP, mushroom, zoa and Paly. Everytime I put an SPS in the tank, it looks good for a week or two. Then turns into a SPS skeleton. I will keep trying though.
Kenya tree is another easy coral. They do spread but can be pruned easily enough.

you may have more success introducing LPS to a softie dominated tank first just because there is such a huge gap between what softies can thrive in and what SPS's need.These are all easy corals in this tank. Orange oxides decent growers and the color wow. Just got them on a trade and 2 weeks later new polyps.

Blastos are gorgeous. Relatively easy. Mine grew despite the crappy light i bought when I first started this journey lol

No coral is immortal and all have their strengths and weaknesses. All zoanthids are sensitive to nutrient swings. Look at how many complaints we get about zoas not growing in tanks with perfect parameters.
Blue digipora can tolerate tank conditions that will cause most zoas to wither and die. Xenia can't handle a nutrient drop and will receed if pH gets to low or nitrate dives for too long after a big water change.
On my short list of corals that that can tolerate common tank extremes and most likely to survive an asteroid strike:
Discoma and green rhodactis.
Green implosion palys.
Rock flower anemones.
Blue and Green digipora and green pocillopora.
