The spot is new and looks like an infection/parasite or it was stung but it wasn’t stung. New to corals

Or is it new growth? Or just receding a little bit? Water change last night and it always makes me nervous, but water was perfect

The little receed is perfectly normal. Sometimes it will recede almost all the way. Just let it be and it will pop back out
