So I am starting to see anemones more and more at Petco, They have green BtA’s often but now I’m starting to see Long Tentacle anemones. These are all like pure white. My question is, how are these to keep compared to like a Black widow or Rainbow BTA, can they be in the same tank with other Nems, and do clownfish host them? Just thought I’d reach out for y’all’s opinions!

Thanks

I have a Petco LTA, now its hardy but as for compatibility with other nems?

I am hesitant to post this but by all appearances it looked like carpet nem kept creeping towards it or seemed aware of its presence…The tank was a big 5ft 650 peninsula…seemed the carpet would always go right after the LTA regardless of wherever I moved it … It was stressing the LT out …

Im open to all that being coincidence

FWIW a sebae nem was ignored by both the LTA and carpet
Also the LTAs Petco sold to me ended up being green

I had a purple and white striped LTA from Petco. . . was awesome and pretty big!!! Definitely preferred sand (I tried one in a bare bottom tank without much luck) and did not mind my clownfish hosting the crap out of it!!! I personally would not mix with other species of anemone for fear of "chemical warfare" but I mixed mine with other LTA morphs and they got along well.
