Lta looks like a mushroom

Anyone seen this behavior before
Tentacles are extended and healthy looking
Color is good
The foot can be seen on the bottom of tank and looks healthy
(Ignore the algea my clowns decided that was a good spot to lay eggs)

The edge of its disc is right down with the sand bed
