Same lighting, if possible, but pictures that are more clear. This might not Lympho if you’re referring to the white spots on the tail. Lympho sets it on the edges of fins. Another name used is cauliflower disease. And it tends to be more randomized.

This might be ich, but need better (clear) pics if possible.

Hard to tell what are spots on the glass or fish.

This is lymphocystis which they are susceptible to and is viral, not parasitic and will go away on its own. Lympho is a condition and not disease which is viral. Often its associated with water quality issue as simple as elevated ammonia or nitrate and can be that of water from LFS and not yours. Assure to provide Good water quality monitored by a reliable test kit and feed nutritious food with fats such as LRS fish or Herbivore frenzy, plankton, krill and mysis shrimp.

Lymphocytis most often is seen on the trailing edges of the fins, I don’t see that here.

Ich spots tend to come and go every day or two, while generally increasing in numbers. While commonly seen on the fins, the spots are more random, not clustered like this.

Did you catch this yourself? Broken fin rays can look like this, but usually not so many. If you caught this locally, I wonder if these are microsporidians, from the fish being stressed from being in a marginal habitat?
