M1 acting up

hello, my M1 is acting up. It turns on and off but the controller light stayed on green. I have attached a short video of it. Please need help.

When was the last time the pump got a good cleaning? It's weird that the controller isnt sensing the pump not spinning. Possibly a clog somewhere else in the system?

Found out the problem. It's the powerbrick. I guess when the pump ramps up the amps goes up as well. So i switched it to another power supply and it worked.
