^^^^ very true..... there a heck of alot cheaper than coral also..... lol
i would have to say it would be great challenge to keep these plant's and corals in the same aquarium since one loves dirty water and other needs pristine conditions...:squigglemouth:

man, o man.. this is awesome... I've had a few of algae issues throughout my reefing adventures and this thread is just great... maybe one day, I can work on having a macro algae tank... some of those tanks look really nice... thanks for the write up... I'm sure many people will appreciate this sooner or later... I know I enjoyed browsing through it... and will reference it when I come across a macro algae I haven't encountered... :)

I have noticed that the first photo of a post hasn't been showing up lately, I just go back and edit and it works.

How about fixing the first picture in the threads - bryopsis is MIA, and that would be an awesome reference picture for people to use.

Can I ask a question which are the best colours of lighting that help seaweed grow the most in aquariums greens reds white
Holy thread resurrection! Haha.. this was 12 years ago! Red is the best for vegetative growth of any plant and or algae.
