I'm generally curious I found some red macro algea Irish moss, from the beach, I don't think it would be safe to put it in the aqaruim,or would it be fine?

I can't go to the ocean

Pull up seaweed and put it in my tank. Water is 55 degrees year round, in the ocean by me

It was one of the things i found and curious, I found a crab melted shell also.
