I’ve had this magnifica for about a month:
The first 2 and last pics are about 2 weeks old and the other 3 are today.
It has seemed healthy, but I’ve noticed in the last week or so it looks like it is starting to bleach. I currently have black boxes about 18” over my 150. I have them at about 40 for whites and 100 for blues. I know bleaching is generally lighting related and that mags need high light, so I suspect I may need to increase intensity and/or add additional….. but…. Since it’s relatively new, I don’t want to make it worse if I actually need to lower the light and ramp up to acclimate the mag to the existing lights. Thoughts? Do I increase or decrease lighting as a first move?
