Hi there,

I bought my ICP test awhile back and i wanted to get some things under control before i mailed my water sample away. Well, I now think my water is under control.

I live in Southwestern Ontario, Canada, the address that came in my box is to

211-8 Brien Street
Suite 8
Repentigny, Quebec
J6A0A4
Canada

I was wondering If I can just mail this directly to the US instead of going through Quebec. I figure I would eliminate the middle man and mailing it to another province and then they mail it to the US or Germany where ever it goes, and would speed up the process by maybe a week?

Thanks

Hi Tim,

Your test kit needs to be sent to Germany. We ask that you send to the hub in Canada to reduce costs. There are contractual obligations that prevent us testing kits that are sold by different franchises as I am sure you can understand.

You can send to the US lab but they will see that it is a European barcode and have to send it on to Germany.

We hope to organise things differently in the future for Canada but this is the situation for now.

To save more costs, for those living in QC, can they drop it off in person?
