That's suppose to say his eye isn't bulging out but seems blurry like there's a film over it.

Is it just the one or both eyes?

It's just the one eye @melypr1985. I'm wondering if it can be Fluke? The fish were fresh water dipped and just came out of 4 weeks of copper and was added with 4 other fish into a 90gal. All other fish look great, he's eating and swimming normal

If i had a clearer picture it would be easier for me to tell you. Would it be possible to net him out for another FW dip? Just the dip alone isn't enough to rid the fish of flukes permanently. There are still eggs left behind that will hatch and reinfect the fish. You should be able to see little clear-ish ovals on the eyes and even other parts of the face and body. If not, then the FW dip will confirm this for us.

Here is a picture of flukes after a FW dip. Some appear larger because they are floating around in the turbulent water.

Thanks @melypr1985. I will dip him and let you know what I see. If it is Fluke I will need to requarantine the fish in Paza correct and let the 90gal tank run for a week to starve any fluke in the tank?

You could run prazi in the DT. With a little caution. I've done it with little harm (some fading of color in my monties, which recovered quickly). Feather dusters may be effected, though mine weren't. Doing it in the DT, would be easiest because it will treat the whole tank and all the fish in it. I'd advise you to turn the skimmer off for 24-48 hours after dosing it each of the two times it requires. But let's wait until the FW dip before committing to this treatment plan.

I did the fresh water dip yesterday and don't really feel I got anything that came off the fish. Originally it was the left eye that went blurry, yesterday when I went over to treat fish the left eye had cleared and the right eye was now blurry. Also seems like there is some fin degrading going on on his vertical and anal fins . Tank is very peaceful. The picture of the eye was taken right after the fw dip and today he seems strong, eating, swimming but the right eye is still blurry. Any thoughts on my next step @melypr1985

I'm thinking some antibiotics are in store here. It's best if the fish can be treated in a QT, but if not you can feed the meds to him using Seachem's Focus to bind it to the food. It's a good idea to run carbon at the same time, just in case there is some bleeding into the water. Go for Kanaplex or Furan 2 and run that for 10 days straight. At that point we can re-assess the condition of the fish and decide what direction (if any) to go from there.
