I just bought a very small psychedelic mandarin about 10 days ago. He’s been doing great. Keeping plenty of pods in the tank. Tonight I went to feed and he’s swimming at the surface. Is this uncommon? A bad sign? I’d hate to lose the little guy. Turned off wavemakers and pumps, he’s still doing it.

Frightened by something? My tiny Dragonet jumped into the back of my AIO to get away from hermit crabs. Twice. I decided I liked her more than the crabs, so they went back to the LFS.
