So I moved into a new house and wanted to start over from scratch. All my sps are at a buddies house in good hands while I make the transition. I wanted to start over because my new house had a lot updating to to and I moved during the dog days of summer with no AC yet. The new house has well water which I am not used to and I was not sure how my RODI would work. So after a few months the tank is now up and cycling. Pics of my journey are to soon follow.

Here is my tank. It is 24x24x20 all sides are starfire. I drilled the back for a Ghost Overflow and return. Love having a bean animal drain. Had one on my old tank and will never go a different route.

Next is the stand that my buddy Pete helped me build. More like he built and I watched.

This was the setup at my old house. Used a conduit and bent it at a few 90 degree angles to mount light. Back then I had a reefbrite 250 watt mogul (radium bulb) with 2 Zhou blue strips.

So this was the tank before the move.

Sicce return pump

Although I liked the Aquaforest product line I just couldn't get my corals to color up. This time around I'm going with HW marine reefer.
With biopellets.

Picked up two boxes on Black Friday from BRS.

Decided I was going to go LED/T5 combo on this build. Picked up some HO single T5 from local HTG supply store for $25 each. I also scored a RadionG3 Pro new in box from a local reefer.

I love me some flow. Still using my 2 mp40's and Jebao RW-8, but I wanted to upgrade to the quiet drives for the mp40's. Called ecotech and their customer service was top notch. Ended up getting 2 new qd wet sides and the 2 qd drivers.

I was debating how to hang my new lights while still using my conduit. I love the clean look with nothing hanging from ceiling. Went on EZtube's site and called them with my measurements. They cut the pieces in their warehouse for me so when it arrived all I had to do was put it together.

Here is fixture with lights in it before I painted it white. Everything fits perfect!
