Marine Depot = worst customer service ever

[Cherub]

Why is that I place an order yesterday at 630am and here we are Friday night and my order still hasn't shipped? I called twice and nobody can tell me why nor do they do anything to fix the problem. "I'm sorry" isn't what I called for. I called to get my order shipped!! Why are you sitting on my order and why is nobody doing anything? I called twice today and nobody is willing to fix my order, push it out the door. Your website claims orders ship the same day. I can't even get mine shipped 2 days later and nobody can tell me why??? Eternal hold for a supervisor is also wonderful. On hold till you close... nice... So upset, I will never recommend you for anything...

This thread has been moved to Vendor Feedback. Outside comments are not permitted with exception to linking to your own feedback thread regarding the same vendor. This is done to keep a clean slate for the customer and the vendor @MarineDepot to hopefully come to a resolution to the customers concern.

Thank everyone :)
